Thanks for the great book, wish there was another for shoulders/neck as severe issues in lower back always seem to impact shoulders and neck for me as well. Much of the information appears to be out-of-date and there are many omissions in the Roatan section so I am guessing the same goes for the rest of the book. Now, I have a fun new hobby, and I go detecting every chance I get. I love what Christopher Harris has done here.
